Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions - Upsell additional products or services to customers Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone - Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Experience in technology sales is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is an asset for serving diverse customer base - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and visually appealing sales floor This position offers opportunities for career growth and advancement within our company.
